Thank you to the instructors and organizers of this great event.
I had a wonderful time, and learned a bunch - including people I hadn't met before!

Special thanks for those who were suckered into helping me along directly -
Chris and Eric for letting me ride along.
Jim and Art for yelling at me when I asked for it.
Vincent, Ryan, and Brad for all of the above.

H/P and Mike J for the novice smack-talking (you were gizzacked by the pax, Mike  )

The only bummer about the weekend - Open class from now on :help:

Thanks again for all the driving knowledge!

Most definately! My wife and I had an awsome time both Saturday and Sunday! I'm not sure who all helped her out, but she was very thankful, and her times definately improved. Personally, thanks to Ryan Holton, Vincent Keene, Jason Mauldin, and Kevin Hoff who all rode with me at various times (and I think Jason and Kevin both helped my wife out a lot -- thanks guys!). :) Thanks to all the organizers of both events. Things went quite smoothly, even though we through a few wrenches at y'all (two driver car for the school, switching cars at the autocross due to a nail in a tire). I really look forward to many more events in the future.

Oh, and time for a little more smack talk (hey, ya gotta learn sometime, right?) :) I blame my fourth place finish on the PAX. Now that I'm not a novice anymore, no more ESP PAX. I'll bask in the glory of an STX PAX. Amy, my time with the STX PAX would be: 50.603. 8)

Me, I'm looking forward to getting rid of the ESP PAX. ;)

Again, big thanks to everyone for the events. They were awesome!

Mike

I'd like to say thanks to everyone who was involved in getting that school together. And specifically thank the instructors who helped me out: Jason, Brad and Mark. I got great feedback from all three of them.

Oh. . .and the ride alongs. Shawn who showed me how to properly enter and exit an easy Chicago box. (Something I failed miserably at on Sunday since I mugged that last cone on all but three of my runs.)

And Scott for getting into third on that sweeper at the end of the day.

I'm not sure what I'm driving.
Maybe an ITR in DS.
Or half-assed STX prepped 330.

Yes, thanks to everyone who helped with the school and the event. A special thanks to Mark, Jim, and Shawn for pointing out the things I needed to improve on. Also, thanks to Les for the ride alongs.

Because of everyone's help, I was able to beat my husband and get my first trophy!

Huge thanks to all those involved this weekend...especially to those who helped me through the intermediate school (Dan, Kevin, Jim, Jason, Ryan, Mark, Eric & Miles for all the work!) :D Had my highest PAX finish (percentage-wise) ever on Sunday even with a cone down on my best run (sad, but true!), and you folks are the reason why!

Now I can't wait for the 26th :!:

Jamie (grinning from ear to ear)
