Ok, so we're planning on running the same Miata this year, but it's time to order new rubber. Last year CS, with exception of Chris P, was pretty much an Azenis class, which I'm all for - BUT, I haven't made my order yet. So, who's planning on running CS, and what tires are you planning on using?

Possibly occasionally in the 10AE on SO3's. Maybe :) No race tires for that car.

If the weather is nice and it's a close event, and the BMW isn't too grumpy about not being driven :)

Chuck, you are back in C Stock this year?

I will try to run a few events, but I haven't bought tires yet. I am probably going to buy Azenis this time (I hate changing tires at the event!!).

I'll challenge in CS but I'm not sure about the tires, yet? I want to campaign R-compound tires but suspect that I'll start the season on Azenis and move to R's after a few events. Once I get the job search hammered out, I'll have a better forecast.

Hey Dustin. Don't forget to add that 200lb penalty-weight in your Miata's trunk for beating me in the points last year! :)

Brian, welcome to the forum! You just had to do it, didn't you. If BOTH you and the Frank's run on R's I'll have no chance. Racing just may get expensive this year. Darn you all!

I don't expect to be running TOO much this year with the new addition to the family and Eric & Donnie running national events, but I do plan to be in the Miata on Hoosiers. My first event of the year will probably be the June Laurinburg event. I'm excited to see the new additions to the class this year - should be some great competition for everyone!!

Dustin,
With the way you were running last year on street tires, I'm frightened to see what you can do with a set of R-compounds!!!
