An official decision hasn't yet been made, but more than likely no Novices will be allowed at the T&T. Stay tuned for the official word soon.

The Novice school is an excellent place to gain knowledge and seat time. You should definitely plan on attending.

in my opinion, novices don't belong at a test & tune unless they're just volunteering to work the course.

maybe I'm just an elitist bastard, but I wouldn't appreciate it if somebody who didn't have a good grasp of what they were doing was eating into my test & tune time.

:P

novice school = tweaking the driver

test & tune = tweaking the car

Mostly true, but there is a lot of driver tweaking that can go on at a test and tune.

Traditionally, we have not allowed novices at Test and Tunes. The two are somewhat exclusive of each other.

To Simon and the tech squad....

Will we be able to have our cars teched for the year at this event? Seems like a great time to have this done since this is a relaxed format and all the cars "should" be in good running shape. I'd be glad to help tech if you need some extra hands....

Simon, Dustin?

Damn, once again I see I'm behind the times. The answer is yes according to the tech day question already posted. Sorry...
