What's the format? Who's chairing? Any help needed for setup?

Looks like a few people who work their hineys off for the club ended up on the waiting list; any plans to increase the entry limit (or implement the RBC Night Series participation rules :twisted: )?

There are a few "late" announcements about this event:

1. The entry limit will be increased to 80
2. Open only to non-novice members - 5+ THSCC events

Registered novices and non-members will be removed from the list and given a brief apology :)

If I show up without pre-registering, silly i know, will I be able to drive? I am not sure about my plans saturday and will not find out till friday, if they stay as they are I will be attending, if not of course I would not be there.

Fixed. Entry limit update, bad news email compose/send, and entry list purge will happen tonight.
