Good event! We got back to our smooth event ways this weekend with a great course but low turnout (55 drivers). The weather got us again with a HUGE lighning storm just as the second heat was finishing their 3rd runs. After trying to wait it out for 30 mins, we called the event then :(

Here are some vids of at the event, lots of THSCC'ers

Look in the files section for event #4

Thanks Ryan,
It was a lot of fun. Sorry the Second heat didn't work out, but I think we all might have gotten a little too much HEAT.

I think everything worked smoothly and doing the tech in the pits seemed to save a lot of time.

Look forward to the next event.

I had a great time driving Ryan's DSM. The problem was I was about to pee my pants by the end of every run because the brakes only kinda work sometimes here and there. It's pretty scary.

And just imagine that we've been dealing with that problem since Rocky Mount last season. We'll probably get the problem solved right about the the time the CRX is ready to run instead of the Talon.

I think this should end now. The young lady that you all are referencing is the the daughter of one of our friends. He is a member of this board and has read your comments. Besides that you should show some respect for a fellow autocrosser. Your mothers would be so proud.

I was making an in-joke with Ryan and nothing more *at all* should be read into it. Period.

The problem is that your "in-joke" isn't "in" when you put it up on this forum. If you feel a need to make an "in-joke" with Ryan, then I suggest that you PM him. Period.

You guys are too easy. You see by me not using my PM feature, I allowed any Joe Schmo to read my message and then add some queer remark. Thanks for playing the game. :P
