We put on THSCC's Umpteenth Annual Novice School at the Danville Regional Airport on Saturday. We had a great turnout of novices who got around 20 runs over our two courses. We had an incident free day with great weather and it was a bunch of fun.

I want to give a shout out to all of the novices that came out and participated. I also want to give a special shout out to our two Novice Co-ordinators, George Paraskevas and Tom Middleton who organized the event, came up with some new ideas, and did a great job with the school. I also want to thank all of the instructors who donated their Saturday to help our new autocrossers. Finally, thanks to Nickolay Milovanov and Michael Byrne, who helped throw down cones on Friday and also to Mark who not only helped set up but shagged cones on Sunday without even getting to drive.

Thanks to all

Rob

Ditto here -- Thanks to everyone who pitched in to pull off such a great event! With the great weather, super fun course (in spite of the pivot!), and great diversity of activities across the weekend, this goes down as one of the all-time top two-day events for me personally! And so far no ticks (extra thanks to Steve C. for sharing his repellent)!
