I just signed up for these events on July 16-17, but MSR ref's events 5 & 6 and the event header states events 7 & 8. That's confusing. Would someone take a look at that please and get the numbering sorted out?

All is fixed unless I somehow screwed something else up. In MSR one does have the ability to copy details from one event to another. If one does not go through every tab, it can be difficult for find where the updates were not made. We do our best. Rodney, thanks for pointing this out.

For the NCCAR event, are you planning on using the track, the pad, or both? No real preference, just curious.

Also, thanks for fixing that event numbering thing. It confused the heck out of me too - made me think something was wrong or that I'd end up registering for the wrong thing.

A bit of both. Probably start on the pad and finish up about halfway up the track

I'm glad that the numbering discrepancy was brought to our attention. I'm also glad that someone has confirmed that I updated it correctly. What we don't want is for people to not come to our events because they had a problem registering.

It still looks like it says #7 and #8 and then further down it says #5 and #6 and has a $55 option. It shows up after I check the radio button for event #7 and #8 2 day registration.

I'll start a new thread for this BUT WE HAVE A HOTEL.

Sleep Inn in Roanoke Rapids
(252) 537-3141
101 Hampton Blvd, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870

Rate of $72.99 while they last. Call NOW and reserve. You can use Tarheel Sports Car Club but I think you just have to ask. I tallked to Pamela and she gave me the rate TODAY. Yesterday the person was not so generous so call now and reserve.

Amazing Carlton your results posting speed is almost as fast as your driving.

What a fun weekend getaway, but I'm wiped out.

Yeah me too. I think that if logistics work out we could do this again and maybe samish time so we skip August. The heat just is killer.

Thanks to Rodney for the co-drive I had a blast in the Mustang until it got colic. :-)

Next step - learn to troubleshoot timer crap

Step one: Don't use the 4mi long red wire. It can't carry power to the laser.
Step two: Always have a GOOD soldering iron with you. (and a tiny screwdriver to get the plugs open)
