Need to start filling in some blanks here. Please help us by volunteering to help out. I want us to know ahead of time who is doing what when if at all possible. First up, we need worker coordinators and gate workers, as well as some people to help out with registration at the hotel (Francis, did I remember you volunteering for this) as well as tech. I'll do what I can to not give you a second work assignment at the event, but depending on attendance, we just need all the help we can get. I will have lots of beer to provide to those who help though. Worker coordinator is a paid position.

Yup Liz and I are available to help out on the Friday night. She'd prefer that to standing around in the cold with her Floridian aversion to the cold (Sub 70F).

Austin and myself will be down Friday night. Not exactly sure what time, but I'm a bit flexible and could leave work a bit early to make it down there.

I can do tech obviously, probably two people for tech will do I think based on the sign ups. We might get a decent amount of walk up registration though still. Either way, I don't think we'll need more than two doing tech.

I can assist Chad with tech. I work until 6pm Friday night, and it's a solid 2.25 hour drive out to Charlotte, so I won't be in on Friday until relatively late.

[edit] Actually, I forgot we were teching Friday - I'm going to see if I can get off of work a bit earlier so I can make it there.

Also, do we want to discuss having a tech line instead of roaming tech for this weekend? Seems like it will be a bit better for event organization.

I will totally do something else as well, just to be clear - just figured I already have experience with Tech, in case Chad needed a hand with that.

Anders and I will be there Friday. We can be there anytime after 4:00 if you need us to. Just tell me what job you need done and what time to be there. Anders is a little bit picker than I.

I just swapped shifts with a coworker, and will be in Charlotte by 6:30 or so on Friday.

We're hoping to roll into Charlotte around 4-5pm so we can get checked in and grab some dinner first.

I presume we'll have a table or room with signage for registration at the hotel?

I too am getting excited. I dropped my tires off with the Keener tire transport company last night. 4 315 tires will fit inside of a mustang, if you plan...

Mike and Anders, we may need your help in handling registration. Are you able to help us check off names and pack some bags with shirts/cozies/etc? Erin, if you get there later, maybe you could help relieve the folks who start out early at the registration table. Maybe we do two shifts.
