Last year he beat my 2012 automatic. Hopefully the 2015 will be enough this year. :)

Do you know if it's a 1LE or just a regular SS?

Do we have an apparatus to lay chalk/lime lines?

Steven and I are finalizing our courses this week. Do we want to release a course map?

Lining the course -- Do we really have to do that? I know other clubs do so, but, well, we've never done that in my experience. Maybe because we were too broke to afford it 25 years ago. Can't we expect someone entered in the state championship to be able to find their way through a clearly marked course?

Releasing the course maps in advance seems fine to me. More importantly, we should provide paper copies.

As course co-designer I have to say ART IS RIGHT ON!!! We are working on getting the course maps out ASAP.

Guessing some of us need to update our registration if the class we registered into got caught up in the hoopla, lol.

I noticed I wasn't in the attendee list anymore for CAM which got broken out into the SCCA sub classes.

Also, anybody know how many of the green helmet tech stickers we have? Assuming we need to sticker quite a few helmets at this thing i'm not sure I have enough, but I also need to double check, I know there are some probably on/in the bus.

Also for tech stickers, i'm going to try and print THSCC on some dot stickers, I found some templates for printing on them, but i've never tried it before. There's a first time for everything I reckon, lol.

Chad, so glad you mentioned that. Looks like Stephen and I have been bumped out of CAM as well. Has motorsportsreg kicked us out? What do we need to do? I don't need my CC charged twice. Can use some feedback here....

Edit: found where to edit my registration info and correct to CAM-C. Good to go...

NO lines please. We've capitulated to all of their stupid bs. Lets hold the line (pun intended) on no lining the damn course. Let them figure out where to drive

They're probably find some way to claim we don't wanna line the course to give us some advantage, haha.

They want lines, fine. Draw lines directly from cone to cone.

Draw lines in the middle like a slot car track.

I have about 22 Liters of used motor oil you could use to dribble a line. That should piss them off.

Just a quick thought for consideration. Given the weather forecast and developing tropical storm that may be near or just north of us at the time of the event, it may be wise to ask that CCR people about what course modifications work for a rain event. They have run several events in the rain there, and know what works and what is too high risk given the decreased amount of grip and cambered aspect to the site.

It certainly can't hurt to have a modified rain/wet friendly course in mind should the need arise to make changes on the fly.
