Hello all,

I wanted to post this announcement and link on the member forums just so all members can have a first-crack at the opportunity to volunteer at the EV Challenge autocross on Sunday, April 26th and gain free entry to the event we are having that same day at NCCAR. Please note that this link will be to register for volunteering and will provide the free entry discount code when you finish the preregistration process.

I'll work the course. Can help elsewhere if necessary, but need to be done by 10:30 to work late gate.

Was thinking of arriving around 7:30-8. Do I need to be earlier? I'm thinking 12-15 cars will be easy to address... We'll also need the gate code since we're arriving early....

Steven and Jordan you guys are set. Steven if they need it you are one of the first two in line, thank you for offering. As far as time to get there, the EV autocross kicks off at 9am so between 8 or 8:15 is plenty of time to check into the bus, get your cars together (for the most part) and check in with the bus for your worker position (if need be). Thank you all for your willingness to help with this long standing partnership between the EV Challenge and THSCC.

No worries Rodney, I will send out another email blast to the volunteers on Saturday with the code. Just have your email available that evening and you will see it.

I can be there early enough to do the tech on the EV Challenge cars.

Do you guys know if dogs are ok at NCCAR? Jessi is planning on coming with so we'll probably have to bring them along so they're not cooped up in the house all day.

Also, I already registered without putting the volunteer code in, I assume Tristan can fix that.
