I can MAYBE volunteer T&S? I shadowed Carlton for T&S at the last event, but that's the only 'experience' I have with it. It seems pretty straight forward, at least. Otherwise, I can be a cone monkey.

Austin, I will have you down in the bus with Zach and have someone shadow you both so things do not get too crazy but for the most part this is an excellent time to learn something like T & S. Chad you are our guy when it comes to tech. Watch out for hand-tightened lug nuts, bad wheel bearings and unsecured batteries/objects/etc.

Thanks for your help guys!

I can be there early enough to do the tech on the EV Challenge cars.

Do you guys know if dogs are ok at NCCAR? Jessi is planning on coming with so we'll probably have to bring them along so they're not cooped up in the house all day.

Also, I already registered without putting the volunteer code in, I assume Tristan can fix that.

Chad, in response to your question about dogs I seem to remember Rob bringing his dog out there but I only assume it is a strict rule on leashing every dog out there since there will be so many people (EV folks and our guys) and just having them off the track during the event. As long as you guys are careful of that I see no real issue.

Someone jump in if they think otherwise but we have always been a pet-friendly club from what I can remember.

Dogs are fine. I brought Lewis last year. Obviously on leash is required, given cars on track, but there are no problems otherwise.

All,

I wanted to send out a thank you for everyone involved with helping out with the EV Challenge event this year. Sam expressed his sincere thanks and gratitude for our involvement and long-time cooperation with helping that program out. We really made the club look good and our partnership with NCCAR much stronger with this weekend through your efforts.

Thank you all very much!
