What's the deal with this this year? Calendar doesn't have any info and I don't see a thread here about it. What is the format this year? Yes, I'm actually planning to be there. Who wants to let me drive their car so I don't have to drag my new race car all the way up there?

Danville, September 13-14. MSR event should be posted shortly, Noah is working with Tim W on the details. This will be a THSCC/TSCC Co-event to benefit the Jimmy V foundation, and in honor of Jim Feinberg. You are welcome to codrive my MX-5 if you want something familiar. Not sure what level of prep it will be in at that point, you will probably be burning through crappy tires. I'm sure you can find a better offer, but mine is there.

Are both days THSCC points events, or just one?

Did I hear you say you bought an MX5? Is it an NC? If so, please keep it stock. I need a little help trying to knock down Sean and his Subie. I don't think you can hit the brakes in an NB, so welcome to the NC club. Up till now it has been very exclusive, mostly members of my family. :D

Do not change the weekend whatever you do, I'm making concrete plans based on the weekend right now. I would like to know what the format is going to be so I can plan one or both days. Brice I will take you offer under consideration, though I sold mine, I love NC Miata, would love to try one out on a suspension and R-comps, but it doesn't sound like you will be there yet.

Warning, if you skip the wedding to AutoX, she won't be there when you get home.

Car will likely still be stock by that point Les, including shitty stock tires, so keep that in mind.

Mike, yes, bought a 2012 Sport 5-speed. Not planning on keeping it stock though. Nominally, it wasn't even really going to be the primary autocross car, but we will see. It comes down to which my wife would prefer to autocross, as I don't want to be bringing two cars to every event (especially since I drive the bus to a lot of events). I think both cars are a hell of a lot of fun, just in different ways. The mini is a rocketship in terms of power compared to the MX-5, and still quite nimble in its own right, but the MX-5 is a far more balanced handler (despite REALLY soft springs).

 Had a feeling I'd be reading something like this soon.

Marking the calendar for Jimmy V and good to hear you're going to make it Les.

Did I miss the answer to Keith's question? I'm guessing both?
