There will be a bus cleaning/repair day this Saturday @ 10 am at Chris's house for anyone who can help. I know given that its the holiday weekend we won't have a lot of people, but anyone available please come and help. Shouldn't take more than an hour or so if we have enough hands.

I'll go ahead and start the wish list of things that need to be done in this thread:

Throw away any remaining trash
Locate wooden trophies for those that want them
Organize waivers by event
Throw out old batteries
Radio inventory
Disposition T-shits, determine what we do with excess
Take generator off bus (we don't use it, its just taking up space we need)
Generate lost and found, post items on forum
Clean out worker box, registration/tech box, timing cable box
Label location for critical items that we have missed at last events (speaker cables, mics, etc.)
Troubleshoot inverters, potentially purchase backup units (if we have someone electrically inclined)
Sweep out bus
Organize file cabinet, remove event files 5+ years old

you're right, this is a holiday weekend, so probably not many going to show up, but I'll try to be there, but that's a solid maybe. Depends on family plans. That said the bus is a mess and was full of dirt and trash. Sad to see it in that condition. It makes a poor showing to novices that come help. If you can come out for just a few hours, we can make a major dent in getting it cleaned up.

I also want to make sure we toss out bad cones. Some of the ones we're using are past there usefulness considering the base is separating from the cone. I'm not opposed to buying some new cones. I'd also like to see cones separated for use by autox vs rallyx. Come out if you can make it, we'll try to order some lunch....

I also want to buy a new cooler. The one of the bus needs to be trashed, it's bustificated and leaks since it has no plug. That make a huge mess in the trailer when it leaks.
