I posted with this heading to encourage readership in this thread since many of you know Miles. As many of you are aware Miles is a club member who has had a few challenges over the past few years. His son turned 16 and he wants to enroll him in the novice school and instruct. The one issue is that he doesn't have a vehicle with an automatic transmission that can be used. (The DD is a bit too fragile and Brian can't drive a stick yet)

I would offer up my car but the Miata is a bit slow (no motor) and the Vette is a stick. Is there someone who has a car that Miles and Brian can rent for the school?

Miles may make it to the club meeting on Wednesday or feel free to let me know or if you have his contact info to call Miles direct.

I told him I'd post his request since he doesn't have access to the forum anymore.

Thanks in advance

Rob

Wouldn't it be easier to just teach him stick over the next few weekends? He needs to learn so he is a real man anyway.

Money can't buy happiness, but somehow it's more comfortable to cry in a Porsche than a Kia.

My automatic autocross car will be at the Toledo Pro Solo that weekend. :(

Glad to hear Miles is doing well enough to instruct his son. :D
