Cherry Point Event 3/30 w/ NCR-SCCA?

Anyone heading down the following weekend to race at Cherry Point? It sounds like they may be planning to design the course based on the Dixie Tour course from yesterday. It's a great site for those that haven't made the trek down yet.

already have plans for the weekend of the 30th, so heading up to Winston w/ Triad this weekend....

Dude...wish I could, but I will be in Charlotte at the Evo School.

Sorta bummed I can't make the Triad event this weekend, but have family plans. Additionally, I will be back in CLT for the ZMax event on 4/5, which would make three AX events in a row....doubt I can defend that. :stick:

I am planning on dragging the shifter kart down there for a rematch. Seems cherry point and my shifter kart dont get along very well.

I'm hoping to make my return to the sport at this one, and debut the new E Street car, too. I have all my stuff, I just need to find the time to nail it onto the car.

I'm hoping to make the triad event this weekend and cherry point the following. Just gotta confirm with the boss that I can get the pass.

So I too just got the 'pass from the boss' to race at Cherry Point despite racing on two wheels the following weekend.

I don't think I'll have enough time to put enough miles on the Focus before then so if anyone has an open seat for a co-driver/tire warmer, I can reimburse your entry fee, pick up lunch, etc... PM me if this works. :thumbsup:

Anders and I will be there. Easy to get a pass once the wife figures out that she is free to do whatever she wants all day long. I'm debating doing the parade laps at VIR the Friday before. It's a quick and cheap way to work on ones lines a week before the Tarheal event there.

Thanks a lot Cash. We have great people and it really is a well oiled machine that makes me look good for doing almost nothing lol. Can't wait to see you at CP!

I'm registered. Now to the last minute scramble for tires and an alignment. The rest of the car is complete, and it drives great.
