Need volunteers for event chairs! We will be able to use portions of the road course as we have the past two events, so be creative.

I'd be glad to help out Brice. I'm looking forward to helping design a course that favors inexperienced drivers in slow cars...

Great, I signed up!

We need to get rid of the old preregistration page
http://www.thscc.com/autocross/prereg_autox.php
or make it link to Motorsportreg.

Sadly have to miss the first event of the season and on NCCAR's track no less. :(

I did run at the BMW Performance Center this past Sunday, and my first time out with 275/35-18 Rivals all around (i.e. slightly "pinching" the fronts on 8.5" wheels, rears are on 9.5") says DAMN! No way I'm going to run 245/40s up front again. :)

That's good to hear. Sam Strano convinced me to run 265/35x18 ZII's on my 8 inch rims. Based on experience he says the ZII's are good about being pinched and the extra tread width and lower ride height are good! Plus the Mustang can get about neg 2 deg camber with the allowed per the shop manual slight mounting hole slotting. I might have my act together in time to run NCCAR March 1.

Hey Chris, glad you're back!

Thanks! The shoulder is coming along great. I'll be able to get back on my bicycle soon and I can't wait for the first autocross! I hated missing the last events last year.

Agreed! Exercise is dangerous and expensive! I'm reconsidering the benefits of a sedentary lifestyle... more beer, more tv...

Looking forward to your first design! Glad the shoulder is recovering.

Can you guys give me a sense of what kind of speeds the courses at NCCAR entail? If NCCAR is becoming our go-to site, I'd like to use that information to help inform my next car purchase.
