So, unfortunately we have a conflict of dates this year with the EV challenge, as it is the same day as our HPDE @ VIR. As such, we will NOT be holding a points event after the EV challenge. That said, we will still be supporting them if at all possible. Our plan as of now is to hold a "test and tune" style event after the EV autocross. This is good and bad news. Volunteers will likely be tougher to come by. However, those that are available to help will get LOTS of seat time. Please reply here if you are able to assist in making the EV autocross happen on April 6th. Also, if there are any volunteers to be event chair (help with course setup) we need one. Volunteers will be admitted to the test and tune free of cost. We MAY open this up to non volunteers as well if we get enough support.

Rats.... I'd like to help out, but the 6th will be in my week of hell for on call support at work. I won't do anything but wait for the freaking phone to ring

I'd like chair this event. As simple as the course was last year, is it ok to set it up the morning of, or will I need to show up the afternoon before? Where will it be?

We will really want the course set up the day before if at all possible.

I'd be happy to help out on Sunday. However, if it's lower than 40 degrees outside and there is more than 3" of rain forecast, I may withdraw my offer. :D

Awwww, come on, we can re-live the wonderful memories of ice on the course and snow tripping the timer in Danville last year

I wouldn't really bail out since the event is there to give the kids who worked on their cars a chance to test them out. However, I do seem to attract the worst weather when I volunteer for things lately :whoknows:

I can do Sunday...I cannot ignore this event. I see how much the kids involved enjoy it. We can get seat time on course afterward? If there is seat time after the event, that is a plus. I can be there in the AM if needed.

Been auto-crossing on and OFF for a while now, yet I find myself driving more OFF than ON.

I just checked the schedule on the website and motorsportreg.com and found no mention of this event. Will we have to register for the TNT just like any other event? Just wondering why it is excluded.
