REGISTRATION

Okay, here it is... the debut of MotorsportReg for THSCC Autocross!

As you might expect, there may be problems with a new system so if you see anything amiss, post here or email autocross@thscc.com and we'll get it sorted out.

We are doing "deferred" payment so we will not charge credit cards until after registration closes (so if you un-register before the event, you won't get charged).

If you do not have a MotorsportReg account, you will need to make one. Then, you'll need to add your THSCC membership by going to: My Account > Edit My Information > Club Memberships, then search for "Tarheel Sports Car Club" and add it, then add your Member# and DL# when prompted.

One last thing: MSR has a "Register someone else" feature which you can use if you want to register a family member or friend. :thumbsup:

So does that mean we save on PP transaction fees, or is there a similar fee for MSR? Also, does this impact onsite CC payment?

There are slightly increased transaction fees for MSR to process our payments. However, we believe this is worth the multitude of features that it offers us, and that we will potentially get a few more people at our events due to them being publicized and searchable on the MSR site, which could offset the additional fees.

For the time being, we will continue to use PayPal to accept credit cards at the event.
