Calendar on the website says nothing about specific private parties on 10/4. Private event 10/6 at 3pm, though. Maybe James could call ahead?

You don't count because I never see you on the track past T1. :P

I called, they take reservations only 1 week in advance. They have a group coming in at 1-3 tomorrow that is "renting the track", however, they recommended we just show up and they'll work us in and we'll go back and forth.

Given this fact, I will be there at 9.

Noah

For others, I'd say it'd be better if we show up at 11am at the latest given that blocked off 1-3.

If they can work us in, that's great! Also, their online calendar management sucks.

I'll be there ASAP, probably can't leave before 8.

Yeah, I scolded them for not having a 2 hour block that was scheduled "over one week in advance" on their calendar.

So we're good to go? We still meeting at noon? How much cash do I need to bring for this and how many races are we looking at?

IDK...can't be a serious "We rented the track" scenario if they say they will work us in. Probably it's a bunch of people who want to run by themselves as a group, not necessarily restricting the whole track from other patrons. I blame Triad.
