I will only be there Sunday. Also, my wife is no longer coming (unfortunately she has to work).

Ok everyone, so due to all the questions both from members of THSCC and from NCR about payment logistics and membership, here is the plan:

1. Justin and Elizabeth have a membership list as of 8/7
2. If you are a paid Staff/Officer or season pass holder, please pay based on your membership when you get there ($25 for THSCC or SCCA member, $35 if not....add $15 if you do both days).....after you pay, come find me and I'll pay you back. I will only reimburse for Sunday fees so if you do both days, I will reimburse you for the 1 day rate for Sunday.
3. If you are not part of line #2, then they will cross reference your name to the membership list to determine pricing

I just don't want to make this any more confusing for NCR than it has to be.

I'd been debating this all year as they were custom revalved units for a decent price, plus they were non-adjustable which was good so I wouldn't be tinkering with them. Anyhow, they are way overdamped IMO and made the car more difficult to drive than even an S2000 on marginal street tires with a stock front bar. Plus, the ride was a bit harsh and putting a bike rack, hitch, and two bikes (~200#) back there would have made things a little 'interesting' going over bumpy highway bridges. :twisted:

Basically the weight transfer was scary fast, which is probably good for someone with more talent or for doing track days but I just remember my old ITR being way more controllable on 90k stock shocks, which is what I'm back on now this go-round.

Does anyone know if there is a specific gate that we are supposed to enter at the base? I have searched the event info and can't find any specifics.

The Roosevelt Blvd entrance off of Fontana blvd. Keep on Hwy 70 E until Fontana, turn left onto Fontana and Roosevelt is the next stoplight, turn left onto the base and be in the far left lane. Have drivers license and registration handy.

Remember to follow the exact speed limit and no using your cell phone while driving on base.

FYI Everyone, no brewski consumption on the airstrip, even after the event. There surely will be plans made for after Saturday or Sunday's events for dinner etc where your favorite beverages can be consumed
