John can ring in, but for this event, THSCC members will get in at the $25 rate *regardless* of SCCA membership. Either bring your membership card or hope you are on the membership spreadsheet I have in gdocs

Why don't we just cross reference the MotorsportsReg registration list once it closes with our season pass holders list? Nobody will be getting on base if they're not registered anyway.

Anyway, sounds good. Just unregister if you can't come so the prereg list is accurate.

Registrar should have the season pass list.

That's a good point though, if someone registers and then doesn't show up then we may over pay. This will probably take some coordination with the NCR registrar. Why don't we send them our season pass holder list and have them give us a "bill" at the event for those who showed up?

That's a good point though, if someone registers and then doesn't show up then we may over pay. This will probably take some coordination with the NCR registrar. Why don't we send them our season pass holder list and have them give us a "bill" at the event for those who showed up?

Just registered on Motorsportsreg.com and noticed the field for last4 of SSN was not present. Isn't that what they use to run the "Ellison Background Check for Nefarious Activity?" Maybe once you've been checked you are good to go for future events, but wasn't sure.

Really don't want to get refused at the gate, so I thought I'd bring it up.

Saturday is a regular NCR event and also the Marines school (which just means they will have instructors riding with Marines during the event). Sunday will be the joint NCR/THSCC event.

Only Sunday counts for season points and is the only day season pass holders will get their entry paid for....Saturday you are welcome to register and pay and run with NCR like it were any other event (or you could volunteer to help instruct for the marine novice school).

Suspicion confirmed...(from NCR T&S Chief email reply this morning)
"Hi my name is ______ and I am the timing and scoring chief for NCR-SCCA. Thanks for registering for the Stallings Memorial Autox at Cherry Point Event. thanks for checking with me on this. we now store that number in MSR so that you only have to give it once. i checked and yours is in there so at some point in the past you have given that info (probably at NCAC last year i think that is when we started storing it). let me know if you have any other concerns. "
