THSCC Points #8 - With NCR at Cherry Point

I mentioned last night at the meeting, but I'll put it here too.

Due to being on a Military base, you must have registered by August 11th (1 week before the event). There will be absolutely no exceptions to this. They do not accept prepayment, so if you even THINK you might attend go ahead and register so that you are on the gate entry list.

I only emphasize this because historically many people register for our events the week before the event which will not be possible in the case of the Cherry Point event.

Also note that if you are running for THSCC season points, there will be a check box/question on the registration page that you should assert.

I didn't see the equipment last time, but are they going to do a sniffer test on a pre-OBD2 car by any chance?

From the sound of it you may need to prepare for a rectal exam to get on that base.

Please register on motorsportsreg. I will get a check from Bowie to pay for season pass holders so no worries about paying.

Just an FYI - looks like anyone that's not an SCCA member must register as "Non-member." ("Member" seems to be based on SCCA membership, not THSCC membership.)
