Thanks Andrew and Keith. Yes, my concern was that the inspector might just eyeball them quickly and fail them even though they meet the requirements. Every inspector I have talked to in the last few years is almost paranoid about getting nailed by the state so they err to the extreme side of caution.

Dude, there has to be 50+ people around here with Miata/Honda wheels/tires you could borrow for a few hours to get inspected :).

True, I did that once when I had several Miata's, just swapped on 2 miss-matched wheels and it passed. I'll give it shot, if no love, then I'll try to bum a set of wheels/tires for a few hours.

My 95M wheels with Star Specs might have enough tread on them to pass, that way you can pass the inspection... in style.

LOL, Yes, style first, function second. As Mitch Hedberg used to say, Get your priorities crooked.

Looks like I'll be showing up early too.

Last event there were a lot of SS cars and I hadn't loved on our car yet. So with old tires I got beat like an old mangy dog. Now it's got tires and baseline setup and we are the the only SS entry so far. Bummer.

Current list of volunteers that I have down. As a note, you will all receive free entry, but will still have to work as you would for a normal event (if you would have to work at a normal event under normal circumstances).

Stephen
Ryan
Rodney

Thank you for your help. We need you there by 8 if at all possible.

Email registrar@thscc.com and work it out, in general its best if you can just leave that credit on the books for a future event so we don't lose the paypal fees refunding the money, but she'll work with you on it.

Yeah, folks who have paid, talk to MJ at the event during registration so she can create a gdoc or something with the carryovers.

Soon as I have the gate code, I'll post here and in a mass email to all event registrants.
