Schedule for the event:

EV challenege 9-11
Registration for our event: 10-11:15
Course changeover: 11-whenever it gets done
Novice walkthrough: 11:30
Drivers meeting immediately following walkthrough
First car off as close to noon as we can get it.

We do need a small amount of people to get there early enough to help with the EV challenge in the morning. Please reply here if you are interested in helping. I only think we need about about 10 or so.

I'll be there in the morning.

Right now I've got:

Judi
Stephen
Ryan
Brice
Mary
Rodney
Jordan W
Jordan N
Noah

A couple more wouldn't hurt. Thanks all for stepping up so quickly. Unfortunately this will not count as your worker assignment for the event as attendance looks to be a bit low.

That figures. I'm going racing at Watkins Glen with 50's for a high with 20MPH winds.

The tentative plan is for only 4 timed runs to allow some extra time at the end for fun runs to raise some money to donate in the memory of Don Ingerslew.
