1 hour delay for Sunday 17th Danville Autocross

All,

We are instating a 1 hour delay for tomorrow's Autocross. We will still be hosting the even event as usual, otherwise. It should be sunny all day, but cold. This delay is the mitigate possible ice dangers because of freezing tonight.

Today's test and tune was awesome, so we hope to see you Sunday for the points Autocross event, with a one hour delay.

Oh well, driving up from Raleigh/Cary looks too risky to me - at 8:45 am, still lots of reports of black ice on secondary roads, and a fatal accident on I-40 in Durham overnight has 40E closed this morning. Good call by those who stayed in Danville overnight - hope you guys have a fun event today.

Definitely not worth the risk to driver and car, can't say I blame you at all. Hope everyone else made it safely.

I was really hoping to wake up to no slush or snow. The cold I don't really mind.

i would have gone, but i was sick as a dog i think on that day. i made it out the day before in the snow though. that was fun the non point event.
