Every time I did anything at NCCAR, it rained, so I'm banning myself from this event in any form other than a driver. Be glad to chair any other events you need help with....

Do the EC's have to also handle the EV Challenge?

What do you mean. The ECs would have to be on site Saturday afternoon to setup the course for Sunday (ie both the EV autox and the THSCC autox). They wouldn't need to be there Saturday morning to help with the distance or drag event unless they want to be.

That's what I meant.

Vincent and I will chair the event (even though he doesn't know this yet)

Hoping to have something at Bragg, I'll update our contingency once we figure it out.

Rodney, just merged your thread. We have some interesting refactoring in the August timeframe that might inform the June event. Should have word soon.

Updated first post. May's event will likely be in the front lot (Jimmy V lot from last year) not the back lot due to scheduling conflicts at Fayetteville. AS an R comp driver, that makes me very happy.

We still need event chairs to volunteer! Event chairs (up to 2 per event) get free entry and no worker assignment required. Still need chairs for the 2 Fayetteville events for sure.

Count me in as an event chair for the May event....

James, please update your first post to reflect that Brice is both driving the bus and GM'ing event #3 (EV).

I will be GM'ing event #4 (may)

I'm going to have to retract my offer go chair the May event, have some family plans that's taken precedence over this for that Sat. I can still make the Sunday event.

So we need ECs for both the April and May Events.

FYI, I'm out as co-chair with Ryan for the NCCAR event. I'll be racing at Watkins Glen that same weekend.
