Okay, I'll see what AXware can do with regard to class bumping. I seem to remember it having some support, but I'm not sure specifically how it handled it.

Happened to me in the past and it worked out well.

I remember when NCR had their first auto-X in New Bern they dove right into bumping.
...after they put a lot of modified cars in the stock classes (1981 Rabbit w/ turbo is stock?!?)
the doofus in charge bumped an A Stock car down to GS and didn't PAX us.

THSCC can do much better than NCR!

FWIW, those "doofuses" are no longer with the club and we don't bump anymore :P

I think they probably improved by leaps and bounds by their second autocross. The way I remember it, a bunch of THSCC members basically took over their autocross program.

I went to some of their subsequent events on my annual visit (I was stationed in NM and planned my vacation around the NC autocross schedule) and they seemed to be getting it right after their brief teething troubles.

...But I go to the NCR web site and don't see an autocross schedule for this year. What's up with that?

90% of our sites/season are on military installations. Subsequently we are awaiting proper clearance for the main and alternate dates. Lets just say its a hurry up and get it in the first two weeks of Jan then wait type of procedure. :|

But we do have the best site bar none ( yep, ZMax is #2 to me :sing: ) in the state of NC at Cherry Point.

The question is, who will attend more autocrosses with THSCC this year? Les or Remchak?

Les. He's going to be up for a few more road trips when he buys his next car. Or it might be the one after that... 8)

If you're jealous of people in FL, you probably don't want to hear about the Wiregrass Region SCCA in Alabama, who was autocrossing year round.
One of my cars got FTD at a December event. :D
...Just not with me driving. :(

When I said something about an "off season" they seriously had no idea what I meant.
