Yeah, I'm a CRX fan now for sure and didn't think there could be a FWD car that actually rotates even better than a Mini Cooper and they seem to hold their values
ridiculously well.

I'm learning that the best way to make a course is to figure out what elements you definitely want to see, get something down and keep going, then test and adjust. No one can toss a design out and know for sure how it's going to flow until a few test runs are done.
It was James' idea to have the increasing pace (22,24,..up to 30) slalom and it was actually even quicker heading into the Chicago box until we decided to move the entire slalom back 7 paces, closing the gap and top speed, especially with the exit chute right behind it if anyone got in trouble braking there. That was probably my favorite part of the course along with all the wiggly distortion heading down to the first turnaround near the 'crescents' that we saw at the NCAC.
Psyched everything went well and even though we decided again fun runs, it was a positive turnout for the auto-x program and six runs on a 50+ second Danville course is always a good thing. Thanks to all that volunteered and helped all the Novices!
Thanks for the co-drive Scott & Sally. Those cars are unbelievably fun in stock form and I really wish a toddler seat wouldn't fit in the back because I now want even more than I did before. With lightweight wheels and 275 A6's all around (I heard they fit at least), that car will be lethal in stock form.
