Haha! I can't believe I had any competition on that--I thought for sure I had the Most Spins Award all sewed up! I couldn't believe how sandy it was in that area entering the slalom--on my last run I dialed it way back and CRAWLED through there and still almost spun!

Well, OK...you take the "quantity of spins" award, but Mike gets my vote for "quality of spin" award as he spun into and through the finish, picking off every cone EXCEPT the 'spensive timing ones. Now THAT is precision driving...
I have proven that Z-0H-S#!T is an appropriate name for the car. Precision had nothing to do with it. I was loose coming into the finish, when I hit the brakes to stop the car just whipped around. I would accept the accolade for precision driving if I had spun at the finish and missed every cone. I always strive for quality, thanks for noticing it.
Oh man, hate I missed that! Ok, I'll take the Quantity Award and Mike gets Quality. So glad we were able to work this out.

Ok, I'll be that guy.

Results?

I can't adequately bench race without them.

Take THAT!

Results have been posted! I even figured out how to do it myself. ;-) Why do I feel like I just picked up a new permanent job...

Well run event on an "interesting" site. A little slow in several corners for my taste but I fully understand the reasons/goals and enjoyed the course and the run length. I had fun and got some good information for the future.

Don't know how I managed to miss cones on all six runs (including one rerun)

My fastest run.

Thank you.

Now we just need to figure out what was going wrong with the timer in the 2nd heat. Somehow is seems that the times are biased in favor of STR cars.

Well 3 STR drivers did design and setup the course. You are welcome to chair the next event and setup an "STX course" :).
