1) Let's just say that it would be an understatement to say that I am High-Maintennance.

(2) I showed up at the 2005 novice school and I was "That Guy".........

(3) It irratated me to no end that I was not allowed to attend the T-n-T at L-Burg in February.

(4) See 1 & 2.

(5) Nobody cared....................

I could go on Shawn but I am mostly exhausted at the moment and as James has said............ there is a race this weekend.

Well if it will make you nicer on the forums, I'll care. It does suck that you have a bad experience when you started out. It does seem that we probably saw your worst and the club showed you it's worst side as well.

As far as attending events like the T-N-T you probably won't understand but we limited entry to those events at the time to give a reward to all the folks who work really hard to make the events happen all year. They could come to this event and just drive and not have to do all the work they normally were doing. I can understand why you would be upset, but if I was in charge I probably still wouldn't have let you attend. It's nothing against you but the biggest asset this club has are the folks who do all the work to make events happen, without them we wouldn't have anything and when I was in the leadership of the club I would always side with these folks and try to give them some return on their time investment when I could.

I guess that's why your snarky comments just fire me up right away, because if we stress out the folks who operate our events and they decide to go do something else with their free time, that is a far bigger loss to the club than novices who decide not to come back.

Shawn, Steve didn't recieve any less attention than anyone else in that years novice class, He just whines more than anyone else. As far as the test and tune goes at that point in his driving he wouldn't have know what to test and certainly not what to tune----unless he brought Dave along!!!!! So in a nut shell Steve's just bitching cause thats what he does on auto forums. Ask the bimmer group about Steve. Blow him off, it'll give him something else to complain about cause this ones about to run it's course.
