This place looks really fun and the runway is so wide that it takes about ~8 seconds in an STR car to sweep/turnaround across the width @ 0:42 seconds.

I mean, since it is Cherry Point, you have to preregister, so 'registration' might just be a check in. Anyway, Chris said they'd have the details hammered out in the next week or so.

Because of having to get on base, you MUST be preregistered. Also they have a "spectator" class set up for folks wanting to drive there vehicles on site but not race them.

I will be there both days.

Kickass. Not a bad way to break in some stickers. In for both days to get an STR buttwhoppin' and have a helluva good time at another 'new' site that's probably the best in the state right now.

Any idea if they will run SCCA's RT* classes, or just keep the usual Street Tire class?

Is this a mandatory both days for it to count type of thing? Judi and I will probably be there one of the days.
