That SHOULD work. I think all the gold the US Gov't holds is no longer at Ft Knox but at MCAS Cherry Point. PMO is not know for their flexibility.

Its easier to just register on motorsportsreg.com, have your name on the list, and you just waltz right in.

Have to wait a bit on the registering bit, every time I register for things early something comes along to mess up the plans. And I refuse to waltz anywhere near a Marine base, I mean, come on their Marines. :-)

Performance Chassis has the MINI right now. It went into limp mode on the way home from Danville. I suspect a sticky throttle body.

Bummer, I'll be flagging at CMP that weekend for NASA-SE. :? Cherry Point has been on my list of sites to visit for years, hopefully I'll be able to make another event there soon!

Where is the entrance? Is it Roosevelt Blvd? If so, is there plenty of vertical clearance for an RV? It looks OK on Google Street view but the picture is not focused well.

Dick,
When you get to Havelock, continue to the intersection of Hwy 101. There's a light at the intersection, and a Ford dealership on the left far corner. Turn left onto Hwy 101 and the enterence will be on your left.
