Did you do that comparison with a stopwatch while watching the two videos, or do you have software goodness to help?

I kept my foot in it for the entire run down to the first turn around with exception to the quick tap and downshift in the hard left offset. I was close to 70mph at that point. I did leave some time on the table coming out of that first turn around but that is small beans. :D

I used racerenderer and went thru both the videos, writing down the timestamp in the video.

Nice. I find that to be the most effective use of that software, especially if you do a side-by-side render in one frame. That reminds me--I should send them some money--that product deserves it....
