Realistically, setup on Saturday won't be as critical as the people we need for the event on Sunday. The 1/8 mile will be quick and easy to set up, I can do that myself.

Sunday morning though we will need all the people who signed up, as well as our event chair and GM (James, Jeremy, you have now been volunteered) to make 12 total course workers. We will have 2 work groups, 5 workers in each and 2 T&S workers. Rodney will use his charming personality as announcer/ringleader.

That's some funny shit right there....

I'll announce for you, if you want to take my spot on course

Shawn PM'd me and said he was out for Sat help. Now, is this the Sat or Sun list or both? Won't need that many folks on Sat.

I'm assuming this was Sunday only. Saturday would probably be just you, me, Rodney, James, and Jeremy. Would we need any more than that?

I was planning on helping Saturday. If that's not necessary, it may complicate laptop logistics. I still need to get hold of it, btw.

Carlton, we don't necessarily need your help Saturday, but I'm sure we can get you the laptop at some point. If you wanted to come help, I'm sure nobody would object, just no free runs at the course. You are fast enough already.

I am planning on coming down Saturday to hang/help out, stay the night, and help Sunday morning as well.

I'll be there in the morning Sunday. I'll gladly help the EV event that day.

I'll add David to the list, and at that point, we are pretty much covered.

Thanks to all who have volunteered.

I'll be there Saturday as well as an Ambassador of THSCC  participating in the EV Challenge (Exhibition class). I plan to run in the acceleration test (Saturday) and autocross Sunday morning.

I've now been invited to use my Leaf as the pace car for the Range event on Saturday afternoon. :sing:
The Range event will be laps on the 2 mile NCCAR full course until batteries die.
I'll be out there to set a safe pace, but if I lap anyone, they are out. Like a game of tag. So they will need to keep up with the pace.

:!: Veep's take note: I may need a volunteer to ride along as radio person to communicate with race officials. We can torture a motor head if needed. The silence will be deafening.
(EV Challenage folks may also supply this person. Don't know yet.)
