Rodney, can you please outline what is happening when? Is the EV challenge just going to be before our autocross? Is it going to be on Saturday versus Sunday?

Thanks.

I think I covered all of this my first post 8)

for Sunday, the EV autox is from 9-11 and I'll need volunteers to help run that event. Helping w/ the EV autox gets you free entry into our autox. The THSCC autox starts at noon, right after the quiet hour of 11-noon. BTW, I'm going to request a 100 driver cap on our event due to time and possible EV drivers joining us.

Like Andrew, I also found the first post info to be tough to follow as far as schedule goes. After reading through it a few times, I gathered there's going to be an EV drag race sometime Saturday, an EV autocross Sunday morning, then THSCC points event #2 Sunday afternoon, starting at noon. Checking the event info at our website didn't help as it shows the standard (incorrect) schedule (registration 9-9:30, driver's meeting 9:45, first car off 10:15).

Ah, that's good feedback. I'll remedy ASAP!!

edit: info sent to Carl and ME. Waiting for them to have a moment to post up.

I'll be there to help for the EV Challenge. I wonder if NCCAR will let me road test my car on the track

I may be able to help with setup at the 21st. i will be with some subaru freinds part of the day, then later i can come help if needed. One of my freinds cant come hang with us in Raleigh, because he works weekends, so we are putting together a cruise to his work on the 21st. but only for a while, then i could leave and come do whatever on the 21st. just let me know when and i will talk it over with my subaru freinds.

I can volunteer on Saturday to help with the EV challenge, provided I don't have to be there until 11am or after. ;)

What hotel is everyone staying at Saturday night? There's a Days Inn and Jameson Inn nearby for around $80, and they're near a Mexican restaurant! :D http://g.co/maps/ka5cx

Realistically, setup on Saturday won't be as critical as the people we need for the event on Sunday. The 1/8 mile will be quick and easy to set up, I can do that myself.

Sunday morning though we will need all the people who signed up, as well as our event chair and GM (James, Jeremy, you have now been volunteered) to make 12 total course workers. We will have 2 work groups, 5 workers in each and 2 T&S workers. Rodney will use his charming personality as announcer/ringleader.

Well, I was trying to be nice, I was going to go with "We will have Rodney announcing so that people can still hear even if the PA system breaks."
