Atlanta is one of my favorite stomping grounds. If there are other clubs I should be following regularly, I'd love to know that too.

Here's what I have for Atlanta. Atlanta Motorspeedway is huge. Turner Field isn't quite as large but has some interesting elevation changes. It's in downtown, and not the good part, so places to stay are a little more sketchy.

We plan to do a few events with them this season.

* March 9-11th - SGMP (Adel, GA) - Dixie National Tour
March 18th - Turner Field - Points 1
April 1st - Atlanta Motor Speedway - Points 2
* April 21-22nd - zMAX Dragway (Concord, NC) - Evolution Super Shootout
April 29th - Atlanta Motor Speedway - Points 3
*May 5-6th - Atlanta Motor Speedway - Evolution Super Shootout
May 20th - Turner Field - Points 4 (may switch dates)
June 9th - Atlanta Motorsports Park - Points 5
June 24th - Turner Field - Points 6 (might move from Turner Field)
August 11th - Turner Field - TNT / EVO School / Novice School / Driver Development School (Team SOLO is discussing this)
August 12th - Turner Field - Points 7
August 25th - Turner Field - EVO School / Nationals Test and Tune
August 26th - Turner Field - Points 8
* September 4-7th - Lincoln Airpark (Lincoln, NE) - SCCA SOLO Nationals
September 23rd - Atlanta Motorspeedway - Points 9
October 6th - Turner Field - Points 10
October 7th - Turner Field - Champion of Champions

I'd be happy to. I've mentioned this before and got basically no response. And without the VPs to commit to notify the Keeper Of The Calendar, it doesn't do any good for anyone to keep a(n incorrect) calendar.

Is this when I should offer to maintain email lists too, and coordinate shared club documents on GDocs? Google Apps, anyone?

Sidebar....wouldn't be a bad idea for one of the VPs to open an administrator account and post our events. Just a thought.

Here's SC's tentative schedule. Most of their events are on Saturday which makes it nice for two days of racing for those so afflicted. :shock:

The April event is usually Black Lake, teamed up with CCR on Sunday. Well worth the trip. I'll update when they have locations locked in.

Pretty easy to find, register and set up calendars. Would be nice if it fed into Google calendar/ical, but email reminders should work. Thanks!

Here is NCR's tenative schedule. They lost one of there sites and had to scramble to fill stuff in!

It's only half complete, but its something to start planning on.

March 17-18 - Cherry Point - Havelock, NC - Sat Novice school/Sunday autocross
April 29 - Warren Field Airport - Washington, NC - Sunday Autocross
May 19-20 - Cherry Point - Havelock, NC - Sat Novice school/Sunday autocross
June - TBD
July - TBD
August 11-12 - Cherry Point - Havelock, NC - Sat Novice school/Sunday autocross
September - TBD
October: 6-7, NCAC, TBD
13-14 - Cherry Point - Havelock, NC - Sat Novice school/Sunday autocross

That has me giddy like a school girl, that's 15 mins from my house (and I never knew it existed)

Its twice as wide and ~500' longer than Sanford :shock:

and I am hearing rumblings that NCR could conceivably get the NCAC this year or next and I bet Greenville or Cherry point would be where its held.
