Maybe we can discuss this at the next meeting. I'm with Les, if we can get more folks from other clubs too (@ $35 an entry) we can have what looks like a Z-Maxesq site WITH grip. We'll get in touch with the management to see what the rates are. I can't speak for everyone but after you drive 9 hours to bfe South Georgia or The Monster Mile in Dover by yourself at night to go autocrossing, 2-1/4 hrs is nothing.

This tells me that it wouldn't be hard to get 75-80 in October to stay out of the red ink for the day unless the site rental is exorbitant.
The only thing I want to avoid as a club is having only like 30 or so THSCC'ers show up and have people miss the last points event due to distance but if points are close, I think it would be incentive to be there. Guess it's tough to say and we definitely don't want to alienate anyone that live in the opposite direction.
