I saw this looking on my own... but I do not need to bring on the pain and suffering this car will entail. Jessie :stick: me

The only way I'm setting my '08 up for STR is if something goes terribly wrong with the vette, so hopefully I won't be setting mine up for STR. After running it this weekend if I were to autocross it regularly I do wish I had a 5 speed however, oh and the sport suspension, and big ass front sway bar, and coil-overs while I'm at it, and of course most importantly, wide sticky tires....

Do you think this car could benefit from a big ass front sway bar? Holy mother of body roll!!!

That's the picture to send to your ortho to let him know you took a few short drives this weekend.

Are people going to Danville or VMP this weekend? Not much difference in distance or time from my house. Was planning to go to Danville, but kinda leaning toward VMP, now. Will be more similar to Jimmy V, hopefully.

Yes, go to VMP. None of us will be in Danville.

Definitely go to VMP. I realize now you're just afraid you'll get beat by me. :moon:

Just roughly went through the data. There were 9 lead changes and 5 people who held 1st place throughout this weekend in STR: Me, Jeremy, Zach, Kevin, Stephen W.

I have a feeling there is going to be a fun finish to the season :).

Les, it might make the car pushy with a stiffer bar, I would get some Konis and put them on stiff :)

Konis?! You Blaspheme! :D You probably didn't realize Noah that I am a closet Koni hater, never bought a set and likely never will, I've seen a lot of leaky ones though.

Wow... While it is sweet, I think that's more than what I've paid over the last 5 years on all my DD car maintenance, all autocross tires, track E30, and (soon) tow vehicle... :?
