Atlanta Event CANCELLED!

The first event of the SEDiv Solo2 Series brought to you by Subaru, Evolution Performance Driving Schools and Raceworks has been CANCELLED. Property owners of the Roswell Lot came to the Atlanta Region at the 11th hour to inform them they were uncomfortable with the unknown problems that might arise from the event, that might harm a multi-million dollar deal with that property. It's hard to defend from the "unknown" and thus we have no leg to stand on to try and save the site.

Every attempt has been made to move the event to another site the same weekend to no avail. We are currently working to get the next available weekend at any of the Atlanta Region sites prior to the June event in Gainesville, FL. Please keep watching your email and www.sedivsolo2.com for updates on this event.

DMAN!!! This is getting OLD!!!! So much for going for the divisional jacket.
Anyone know what happens with our entry fee payment to MAE?

I could care less about the jacket, I just wanted the seat time. Fortunately, I didn't pay through MAE. - AB

I had registered on the web but hadn't paid (thankfully). I find it incredibly annoying as well. Don't see any other events happening that weekend, either.

Aaron, I suddenly find myself with more time to help with your wiring. :-)

Craaaap. I was looking forward to running the event.

I'm sure they will move it to a weekend that
a) has a THSCC event on it
or
b) has a national event on it.....

What really bites is the SCCA-WDR event is already full. If they had done it two weeks ago, I would have gone up to Washington, DC to run at the Fed-Ex site. I think there is a VMSC event.

Then there are the sane people just laughing at us

Tom, I guess that solves the problem of how we are going to get the car to Atlanta. :furious: Damn it.

Color me frustrated......
