Just covering my bases - got a call from a consulting client that they are cut off from the internet and can't figure it out.
I may have to go in tonight and/or work there onsite tomorrow, so I may need someone to cover for me on AX tech.

Will post again tonight with the status.

All fine now - they just had to reboot *4* times :lol:

not really - but talking someone through vlan configuration can be be a PITA

for an encore try differentiating LAN vs WAN vs WLAN vs WWAN to the average passerby. bonus points if you can add bluetooth to the mix.
