i don't know for sure but i am guessing the pavement at NCCAR is by far the best of any of our AutoX sites.

so..... since i am the poster child for "leave the cones on the bus" can i get a concensus here? this is apparently a track consisting of sweepers on really great pavement. if the powers that be could see their way to actually free up the course so my pea-nanny brain doesn't have to remember numerous unnecessary switch-backs and confusing visual quirks forward of the normal sightline, i think more of us could really enjoy the experience.

plus, i'm bringing The Kid. she already has the prejudice, let's not make it a belief aye?

respectfully, or so it seems............... 8)

The track looks similar to Roebling. Front straight to a series of constant radius turns. Flat with lots of runoff. That said. The club is not running the event on the track. They're using what looks like a parking lot area for something. Still fresh new tar and supposedly plenty of room for a fun course.

If you promise not to help your kid and get one of the gals that are serious AX'rs to help I'll be she has fun. You won't, but she will...

Actually we are using the track partially, the VDA pad is attached to the front straight we will be using this for grid and utilize some of the front straight for the course.

I swear this week is going to drag by. A new site (still haven't got a chance to see it) and I think I convinced my wife to try autocross? Someone pinch me.

About 20 spots left. This is the perfect autocross for those of you that aren't 'morning people'. Preregister!

I was so excited that I forgot I'd already PayPal'd and paid again so I'll have a credit for next event. :-)

You should just throw her straight into dieter. there is no way she could flatspot tires any worse than you.

Yeah, liked the course, it taught me a few lessons.. like horsepower can't make up for overdriving! LOL Time for me to step back, slow down, and focus on really driving the car one part at a time instead of just going fast I suppose.

Great Job Zach and Noah! I really liked the course...very technical and forced me to really think about every turn.

I really liked this course too - nice job! A little more space around that pivot might have saved me some money, though
