I commute 35 miles each way to work with my yellows on full stiff in the rear. You guys are just sissies. Its a LOT more comfortable than my integra was (which was lowered 2.5" on H&R Race springs and running 205/40-17 tires).

You sir have a lot of restraint considering you just picked you the RX8. Oh wait, I just remembered what they get for fuel economy.

As far a Konis, so far so good for me in the Civic with about six months of daily driving and 7 or so autocrosses. They chatter like hell, but the Civic is such a loud car anyway, I don't really mind too much.

I still am not completely sure that the clunking noise the koni's (yours and mine) make affects performance, but in your case it sure doesn't seem to be :). In my case, I'm just a sissie and I hate noises. I think I'm getting desensitized to interior rattles, but suspension noise irritates me to no end ;).

I totally understand this James. As a former mechanic, have the same problem with my bicycles; if there's squeeks and creaks it bugs the hell out of me and makes me think the bike is going to self destruct while descending a huge rocky, rooty hill or something. Lately for all my rides I've been religiously using my iPod but I don't think that's too practical when driving around town in the Civic.
