Congrats again Matt.

Now I better learn to drive this little buzzy car I just bought so I don't get my ass handed to me this year :).

Thanks! If anyone is one the fence about going to one of these, please do yourself a favor and ask off work now. :D

It was really a fun time and the level of prep on some of the cars is really a cool sight to see. Working during Super Stock in the last heat each day was unbelievable.

Altanta and Delaware (~6.5 hrs) are right around the corner in May and June.

James, I am really psyched about this season. FWIW, the Hoosiers didn't really 'feel' faster and off the line they definitely spun more than I'm used to but during the turn around they definitely showed their value.

Atlanta is May 7-8. Looking forward to it. I'm already entered.

Congratulations again, Matt!

Sounds like somebody's hooked. ;)

WTG Matt, that's one hell of a big event debut. I think the only 2nd I've ever gotten at a big event is 2nd from last. :(

Yeah, getting a 2nd in a good size field in your first event is awesome. Congrats Matt. I probably won't be doing any Tours until the STR car is ready, which means Toledo in July, but you should consider a ProSolo too. Makes Tours seem not so fun anymore :) - AB

Congratulations on an awesome job Matt! I'm not surprised at all - your driving looked really strong last year!

Matt looked really good out on course, that's for sure. He may have been a tad nervous the first day but it didn't show in his driving and I know there are some people in GS now wondering where in the heck he came from. :)

Great job again Matt!

It was also a ton of fun hanging out with Matt all weekend. As we always say, if you're going there just for the 5 minutes of seat time, you're missing out on 95% of the event.

Huge congrats Matt! It is kind of a sickness once you start going to these events you keep getting called back to them.
