IIRC, it was where you get to the end of the main runway to do the right hand sweeper onto the very back cut through where there's usually a 3-4 cone slalom. Instead of sweeping right you went left and did a loop around a onion ring of cones then kept going.

I learned with my first NASA autocross years ago that you simply have to assume that some (or many) aspects of the event will be screwed up. Then add in the fact that the entrants tend to be mostly novices and the courses are "unique". Treat them more as a "practice" event or a chance to "get out of the house". Anything else will be an unanticipated bonus. :lol:

FYI the VMSC club usually does a pretty good job. Maybe not at THSCC levels but not bad for a small club.
