What happens when you wait too long

This coming from someone who once wanted a particular car, but waited so long to make the purchase that the model went out of production.

My favorite Tour last year was Finger Lakes in July.....NOT on the upcoming schedule. Finally decided to put DC Pro on our schedule....NOT on the schedule for 2011. (Yes, I see, it's going to be at the Meadowlands. I guess having your truck and all your computers stolen could put a bitter taste in your mouth.)

At any rate, for those who are interested, here's the SCCA 2011 Tour/Pro Schedule.

The National schedule for next year is not exactly the most East coast friendly thing in the world. I will finally have the money and vacation time to do two Prosolos and the Finale and Nats but I am now scrapping Prosolo because the closest one is 8 hours away and the next closest is something like 12-13 hours.

I might go to Dixie Tour and I will definitely be in for the Dover Tour and then nationals.

I think Dixie may be the only Tour we do next year. And, maybe Nationals. As much as I love AX, I also want to go to Alaska for a couple of weeks and there's only so much $$$ in the go fund.

ya John and I were looking forward to going to dc. We are still going to go to Jerset it just adds a lot of stuff to the weekend.

My goal is to do the Dixie event in March (pretty psyched about this!) and if the moons and stars align I ::might:: make the journey to Nationals.

I really need to get all the SCCA membership and other stuff in order.

Hope you make it to Dixie. Not only are the guys from our area who go a blast to hang with, you'll have a ball running Open with other GSers. Dumping pax really gives you an idea of where you are.

Yeah, we are gonna head up to Jersey...... I am going to learn, meet new friends and soak in alot.
