Don't forget to double check the battery box under the table in the bus

I honk we forgot to put the orange strap back around the box

Thanks! Feel free to pick it up and deliver it whenever you want, but we were planning to get there later for setup. I think we decided on 4pm. Is that right, Rodney? Should take a couple of hours to get there from my house.

I plan to put some tires and tools on the bus or trailer, btw, as we will be going to Danville from Washington, DC.

I asked Stephen to have the bus up at the site by 3 so we can unpack and prestage cones on the course. Once you get there, all you and James need to do is setup and then we can get out early. I also need to test the new inverter we have for the printer, so we'll have plenty to do. We also need to buy water and ice for the cooler.

Judi and I won't have anything to do after I drop the bus off. We can probably handle the water part of that for you.
