Basically as the title states I am checking to see if anyone has an open seat in their car for next Sunday. I am more than happy to pay for said seat. Terms can be negotiated.

I am trying to save my tires enough to get through the DC Prosolo next month but I would like to come out next weekend and support the event along with hanging out with everyone.

PM me if you wouldn't mind having a co-driver. TIA

I'm guessing you will find a more exciting ride, but my "jalopy" is always available.

Edit: Looks like Marcus may be driving too. Do I smell a "jalopy challenge bet"? I know you are a little familiar with the 3 Keith.

If the offer is still open I may take you up on the offer. I have thrown my dad's 3i around a course a couple times.

I seem to remember someone saying they wanted their wife who drives a 3 everyday to ride with me to see that she could indeed run hers but after watching me take a run decided it wouldn't be a good idea because I was throwing the car around so much and it would scare her to death.

As long as the 3 driver car thing can be worked out ok, I'm cool with it.

I've done 3, even 4, drivers in one class in my car. If you are trying to get runs for everyone in the same heat, it can be crazy. But if you split them between 2 heats it gets much easier.

This will be pretty cool to watch.

Keith, I'd have offered you a ride in my car, but with three people in it already, I doubt that the current tires - which are from Nationals last year - would hold up to it. I'm not sure they'll survive the weekend with just three of us.

This should be fun. Loser puts down a $20 donation, second place $10? It wouldn't be the Jimmy V event without gambling.

Glad you enjoyed it. Rodney was kind enough to let me run his car on Sunday. I think it will be a bit of a change from the S2000 but I can't imagine it will handle all that different than my Crossfire did.

After driving Asher Wunderl's Shelby GT at the Double Cross, I can guarantee it will be different, but it will still be very enjoyable ;) - AB
