I just hate the slog down Garrett Road, then down 751 past South Point. And for some reason I really don't like the road south from US 64 to New Hill.
Early in the morning you can get through Chapel Hill pretty quickly, as long as you don't have any socially unacceptable stickers on your car.
After commuting countless times through the 15-501 widening project, I kind of like to cash in on the peaceful 4-lane. I probably lost 5 minutes each way yesterday having to detour over to NC 87 to go around downtown Pittsboro.
