I'd be happy to show up and help out however I can. I'm no expert by any means, but could probably help a newbie with safety and autox basics :)

I'm thinking a 2 to 1 ratio is going to work since not all drivers will be out at once. Some will be working and some in class if it's set up like the event in the past. We need more students!

Can we advertise on NCEURO? I've hit up the mustang guys. I'll give Gilbert a call and see if he can spread the word w/ the bimmer boys....

I'm not sure what I'm driving.
Maybe an ITR in DS.
Or half-assed STX prepped 330.

a work friend of mine will sign up soon. He'll be the 3rd RX-8 there. Looking at the list of people signed up, I'm not sure how useful I can be. There's only one FWD signed up.

Also, a 1975 Benz? Thats an interesting autocross car. . .

There is a Triangle region BMWCCA dinner tonight at 6:30 Rudino's RTP, so you might want to have him (if he's going) make an announcement or contact the current organizer to do so.

Already done. Hopefully he'll spread the word.

I talked with him about the car. I think he rebuilt it and installed a small block chevy engine. Sounds like it may be very interesting.
