Does the club sell SCCA rulebooks, or do I need to buy directly from SCCA?

The club bought some to sell last year and this year we didn't think about doing it.

So I guess you will have to go directly to the SCCA.

Mark Vitacco bought some and was selling them at the meetings. Not sure if he has any left, but you could ask...
